Terms of Service

Heavenly Knits offers handmade, small batch, and 3D printed fiber arts tools and accessories. Products may have small variations in color, texture, finish, or layer lines. These variations are part of handmade and 3D printed work.

Purchases are completed through the checkout path shown on our website when ordering is open. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

Prices, discounts, availability, shipping costs, and product details may change without notice. If an obvious error appears, we reserve the right to correct it before fulfilling an order.

Orders may be canceled only before they enter production. Once an order has started production, preparation, packing, or shipping, it can no longer be canceled.

If you need to request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and checkout email. We will confirm whether the order is still eligible.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, and refunds are not offered as a standard option for change of mind, buyer preference, ordering the wrong item, color preference, or normal handmade variation.

If there is a verified issue related to production, assembly, packaging, shipping damage, an incorrect item, or a missing part, we will review the situation case by case and offer the support solution we consider fair and appropriate.

We care about post-purchase support and review every support request with attention. To help us review an issue, include your order number, checkout email, clear photos of the item, packaging photos if relevant, and a short description of what happened.

Damage caused by accidental force, improper handling, heat exposure, or regular wear from use may not qualify for a free replacement, but we may still be able to help with a discounted replacement part, shipping-only replacement, care guidance, or another fair solution whenever possible.

Shipping, damaged items, address issues, lost packages, and support requests are handled according to our Shipping Policy and Order Issues, Cancellations & Support policy.

Yarn spinners and related 3D printed items are functional tools and decor pieces for fiber arts use. They are not toys and should be kept away from small children and pets.

All designs, photos, copy, branding, graphics, and original product concepts belong to Heavenly Knits unless otherwise noted. You may not copy, reproduce, or resell our designs without written permission.

Our website may link to Instagram, YouTube, Stripe, or other third party services. We are not responsible for third party content, policies, or service availability.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Heavenly Knits is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from using the site or products.

These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, United States, where applicable.
