Shipping Policy

Most ready to ship pieces are prepared within 1 to 3 business days.

Made to order, custom, launch, or high volume periods may take longer. Product pages and checkout notes will show the clearest timing available.

US orders ship with standard tracked services unless another option is shown at checkout.

When your order ships, you will receive tracking through the email or platform used for your order. Tracking may take time to update after the label is created.

Our checkout currently uses standard shipping, with free standard shipping on eligible US orders over the threshold shown in cart or checkout.

Any available shipping cost is shown before payment.

Please review your full shipping address before paying. We are not responsible for delays or return fees caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address.

If an order is returned to us because of an address issue, we may need to collect a new shipping payment before resending it.

Once a package is accepted by the carrier, delivery timing is handled by that carrier.

If tracking shows delivered but you cannot find the package, please check with household members, neighbors, the carrier, and your local post office first. We will help where we can, but stolen packages may require a carrier claim or local report.

International availability may vary by product and destination.

Buyers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage, or handling fees charged by their country. Customs delays are outside our control.
