All purchases are completed through our Etsy shop. Etsy provides checkout, shipping options, and tracking. Below is how shipping works for Heavenly Knits orders.
Processing time
We typically prepare and hand off orders within 1 to 3 business days (unless the listing states otherwise).
During launches or high-volume periods, processing may take a bit longer, we’ll always keep it clear on Etsy.
Shipping & tracking
Shipping labels and tracking are generated through Etsy. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking updates through Etsy.
Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. International orders may take longer due to customs processing.
Customs & international fees
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by their country.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we may need to invoice reshipping through Etsy.
Returns & issues
If something arrives damaged or there’s an issue with your order, message us through Etsy as soon as possible and we’ll help.
