FAQ
Quick answers to the questions customers usually ask before ordering. If you need help with a specific order, contact us and include your order number.
Where do I buy your products?
You can shop directly through the checkout path shown on our website when ordering is open.
What is a yarn spinner?
A yarn spinner helps yarn unwind smoothly while you knit or crochet. It helps keep yarn cleaner, more controlled, and less tangled while you work.
Are your designs original?
Yes. Our yarn spinners are original Heavenly Knits designs. We sketch, model, print, assemble, and finish them with care.
Are yarn spinners toys?
No. Yarn spinners are functional tools and decorative pieces for fiber arts. They are not toys and should be kept away from small children and pets.
What materials do you use?
Most yarn spinners use 3D printed PLA pieces, a real metal bearing for the spin, and rubber pads for grip. Product pages may include additional details by design.
How long does processing take?
Most ready to ship pieces are prepared within 1 to 3 business days. Custom, made to order, launch, or high volume periods may take longer.
How does shipping work?
Checkout shows shipping before payment when available. Tracking is sent by email once your package is on the way.
Do you accept returns?
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, and refunds are not standard for change of mind, buyer preference, or normal handmade variation. If something arrives damaged, incorrect, or affected by shipping, contact us with your order number, photos, and details so we can review it with care.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be canceled before they enter production. Once we begin preparing, producing, packing, or shipping your order, it can no longer be canceled. Contact us as soon as possible if you need help.
Can I request a custom color or design?
Sometimes. It depends on our production schedule and materials. Send us a message with your idea and we will let you know what is possible.
How do I care for my spinner?
Use it on a flat surface, avoid heat, do not force threaded parts, and keep dust or fibers away from the bearing area when possible.
